Cleaning and Associated Services Framework

The Guinness Partnership Limited, together with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is establishing a single-lot framework for the provision of cleaning and associated services. The framework will cover communal cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and the removal of bulk waste for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. The framework will support both planned scheduled services and reactive requirements, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents and building users.
