Cleaning contract for offices, community centres and sheltered housing schemes

The contract will provide for office and community centre cleaning, as well as a number of sheltered housing schemes. The contract is split into 3 lots, namely: Lot 1 Office, including The Green Café, UCANs (known as Urban Care Neighbourhood Centres) Lot 2 Community Centres Lot 3 Residential Housing Schemes including sheltered schemes, flats and private housing cleaning Additional information: All submissions & questions or clarifications must be made via The Chest Contract is for the delivery of cleaning services across Bolton at Home's offices, community centres, housing offices and café in Bolton
