Cleaning Contract for Torpoint Ferry Estate

Cornwall Council, on behalf of the Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry Joint Committee seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified cleaning contractor to undertake both routine and deep cleaning of the Torpoint Ferry shore infrastructure at required intervals. This includes, on the Torpoint side of the river Tamar, the main office block, an amenities block consisting of male and female changing rooms, showers and toilets, the Health and Safety office portacabin, and the staff rest/mess room; and on both sides of the river, the control towers and public toilets.
