Cleaning for Corporate Buildings and Schools

The Authority intends to procure Cleaning and Janitorial Services in two separate Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Corporate Buildings - : This will include routine cleaning (including window cleaning) to public and corporate buildings, park buildings as well as scheduled periodic clean. This Lot 1 also includes the provision of all janitorial consumables. The management of the provision of hygiene bins, hygiene vending and associated services is incorporated in this Lot 1.
