This will be a single provider framework agreement to supply and deliver cleaning materials as and when required.. The framework will be open for use by the following local authorities (subject to agreement by Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council, if either authority decides to use this framework they will have a separate agreement with the successful tenderer.
