Cleaning Services for West Lancashire Investment Centre

West Lancashire Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of a cleaning service at the West Lancashire Investment Centre, Whitemoss Business park Skelmersdale. The Investment Centre houses many different private companies over two floors. There are also five conference / meeting rooms and a café facility.
