Cleaning Services Framework - 2018

Portsmouth City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of cleaning services. The agreement will be awarded by 4th September 2018 to allow for service commencement on 29th October 2018. The framework agreement will run for 4 years during which time call off contracts may be let on an individual basis or for multiple sites. Contracts can be let on a suggested base term of 5 years with an option to extend to a maximum of 10 years. Longer base terms may also be allowed for on a variant basis where significant improvements can be demonstrated.
