The university is procuring cleaning services for our residential properties; and is looking to appoint a suitably experienced company to deliver the general cleaning requirements within its residential properties; we currently operate six residential buildings containing both en-suite and standard flats, generally the works will be undertaken independently by the appointed supplier, however, during the course of the contract, it may be alongside UCLan staff.
