Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) is intending to put in place a Framework for the delivery of low cost, low risk and low complexity, civils works. The works are to be carried out across the entire YWS estate, which may include Clean & Waste Water Treatment sites and surrounding catchment land, network areas and car parks. All designs for any works within the Framework will be provided by YWS and there is no requirement for a CDM Principal Designer at any stage. The framework is divided into 2 Lots.
