Cobalt Plus is our in house team that’s committed to increasing social value and providing an excellent level of customer care. The team will be carrying out a range of work streams to include all aspects of joinery, plastering and decorating works within void and tenanted properties. We estimate a yearly spend of approximately £65,000 for the duration of the project.
