Cobalt is looking to appoint a structural engineer/ consultant to proactively survey our housing stock. Requirements of a structural consultant are as follows: \n \n PART 1 - Full Stock Condition Survey and structural recommendations (pre works - 600 units).\n To proactively survey 10% of Cobalt's stock (600 units) over a 12 month period to include:\n (A) Full structural survey including but not limited to roofs, walls, floors, windows & doors, chimneys, cellars, garages and outbuildings. \n A detailed evaluation of the property condition and construction including the identification of property defects, their apparent cause, urgency of the repair required and future…
