The purpose of this procurement is to support the Government's commitment to identifying new psychoactive substances (NPS). The Results obtained will be used to help determine what appropriate legislative and health action can be taken. Potential Providers are expected to visit the site of a public event on two separate days and collect samples of pooled urine from waste tanks used to capture urine from the male urinals. The urine samples must be transported to a Laboratory which works to ISO/IEC 17025 standards (or equivalent). Certification will be required.
