Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (the \"Authority\") is seeking to award a contract to for the provision of professional, high quality communications, media campaigns and PR support to provide additional capacity and guidance to the in-house professional communications team and senior leadership team. This contract will also include the option of providing crisis and reputation management media support for major incidents.
