What the buyer wrote

The tender process for the Community Adult Hearing Loss service has been abandoned with immediate effect and the Contracting Authority will be extending the current Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list and contracts for a period of 12 months (commencing 1st April 2023 through to 31st March 2024). The Contracting Authority made the decision to abandon the advertised procedure after reconsidering the structure of the process to be undertaken and determining that it did not best meet its current needs and will now re-engage with the provider market to establish the best way to deliver the service moving forward.
