The Public Health Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster are seeking to commission a Provider to deliver a Community Champions Project for the Church Street Ward in the borough of Westminster. Bids are invited from Providers who work in this community; have a good reputation and knowledge of the local area; and experience of supporting and managing volunteers.
