The Public Health Department of the City of Westminster is seeking to commission a Provider to deliver a Community Champions Project for the Churchill Gardens and Tachbrook wards in the borough of Westminster. Bids are invited from Providers who work in these communities; have a good reputation and knowledge of the local area; and experience of supporting and managing volunteers.
