Gibbs Green and West Kensington Community Champions Project The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are conducting a tender process to deliver a Community Champions Project in the North End ward. The project will run for five years, has a value in the region of £225,000 to £250,000, and will be delivered across the Gibbs Green and West Kensington Estates. The aim of the project is to develop the capacity of local people and services to promote health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities, by recruiting local people to train as Community Champion volunteers.
