Community Dementia Support Services

Essex County Council is seeking to establish a framework with a single provider to develop and deliver a service for people living with dementia and their families and carers across Essex. The service will work in partnership with professionals across the health and social care system in Essex, whilst taking into account local differences, to provide seamless access to coordinated information and advice to enable people living with dementia, and those that care for them to livewell, and independent for as long as possible.
