The over-arching aim of the programme is simple: We want to make our communities safer by reducing the occurrence of serious violence and other associated crime. In doing so, we need to identify those most at risk and protect them and those around them from harm. The programme seeks to do this through, building a collaborative and cohesive cross-sector, multi-agency partnership with shared aims and a joint approach.
