A supplier is required to deliver a range of programmes/subject areas needed for the role of a Community Protection Officer (CPO). CPOs are expected to complete and pass the basic skills training course. CPOs will have been previously short listed, tested, interviewed and vetted before being placed on this course. After the basic skills training course is completed the trainer must produce a pass certificate, a scoring matrix for each officer on each module / programme with a total score overall and final comments .
