This allows users to easily access their favourite SharePoint folders from within Outlook so they can 'drag and drop' email and attachments from inbox/sent items into SharePoint, thus helping the management of mailbox sizes and ensuring that important evidential emails are stored in SharePoint (hence ensuring compliance with Public Records Act, FOI/EIR acts.
