Condition Survey and Net Capacity Assessment

The Royal Borough of Greenwich school estate consists of 62 primary schools and 7 secondary schools that are either community schools or voluntary aided schools. In order to be able to assess the capacity and condition of the estate a programme of surveys is required across the estate. Condition Survey A full condition survey is required on 31 schools. The condition survey should be a full condition survey in accordance with methodology used in the Education Funding Agency (EFA) Property Data Survey Programme.
