Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is inviting bids for the sale of Christmas Trees at Southwick Hill car park from suitably experienced operators. The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day. External furniture is permitted on site for the purposes of running the concession but must be agreed in advance with the Council.
