Constructing West Midlands Framework Agreement CWM2 - Further Competition for Lot 1 - Building Fabric Repair & Maintenance and Minor Building Works

Following the establishment of the Constructing West Midlands Framework Agreement CWM2, Sandwell MBC (the Contracting Authority) is now seeking to appoint a contractor to Lot 1 for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services covering building fabric, to include statutory/planned maintenance and inspections, emergency and reactive maintenance and a provision for minor construction and refurbishment works.
