Consultancy for the development of a Financial Instrument

This tender is to procure additional capacity and expertise to support 5 LEPs across the East and South East Midlands to finalise their collective and individual thinking on a preferred option for developing a Financial Instrument that meets the needs of SMEs across the East / South East Midlands LEP area, one that ensures ‘best fit’ but still provides sufficient flexibility to incorporate market differences, and achieves impact.
