Consultancy requirement Pennington Flash Country Park Master & Business Plan

Wigan Council, in conjunction with Inspiring healthy lifestyles (Ihl) are seeking to appoint a suitable consultant or consultant team to lead on the development of a Masterplan for Pennington Flash Country Park. Pennington Flash Country Park is defined as a key strategic Park within Wigan and attracts a significant volume of visitors, many of which are attracted to the site by the regionally important wetlands and biodiversity. The site includes an area that is a designated Local Nature Reserve (statutory designation) and a Grade A Site of Biological Importance.
