Consultancy Services for the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre - Contract Variation
What the buyer wrote
This contract has already been awarded and is published for transparency purposes only. This contract variation is to include an additional scope of work to consider how Covid 19 may affect the QEII Conferencing Centre. The original brief was to provide an options analysis for the close of the QEII Conference Centre, with a requirement to provide client, supplier and people plans for the preferred option. As a result of Covid 19 this work needs to be re-purposed and additional potential outcomes considered to illustrate the potential impact on client, supplier and people plans. Additional information: Contractor worked at risk the week prior to contract award
