North West Business Finance, Finance Yorkshire and North East Finance are seeking to commission an independent evaluator to carry out a final evaluation of their JEREMIE venture capital and loan funds. This is a requirement of their European Regional Development Fund funding. As with a mid-term evaluation exercise which was undertaken in 2013, it has been agreed that one firm of consultants should conduct all three reviews. The final evaluation will build on the 2013 review, assessing the individual performance of each Fund.
