Supply includes delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and Certification and will be delivered in accordance with a Build and Installation Programme of Works agreed with the Incinerator Facility Project Lead at the Contract Start-Up Meeting, prior to commencing the works. Service Support includes specified periodic calibration and servicing (preventative maintenance) as required, and a parts replacement/repair service in case of failure of the system, or any parts thereof.
