This course should support learners to develop skills and knowledge to gain employment in the hospitality industry upon release. HMP Leicester is a Cat B Local Establishment with an operational capacity of 411 holding a mixture of remand and convicted prisoners with an average length of stay of approximately 3 months. HMP Leicester also houses a wing of vulnerable prisoners (max cap 32) who live separate from the rest of the population.
