What the buyer wrote

Bus Lane Enforcement System The Purchaser currently uses an "attended" bus lane enforcement system to enforce bus gates at four locations within Oxford. The intention is to replace the current system with an "unattended" enforcement system using fixed ANPR capture devices and to extend enforcement to four new locations. The Supplier will provide suitably approved devices at all locations for the capture, evidence review and transfer of contraventions to the existing notice processing system. It must also be possible to move some or all of the capture equipment to enforce similar contraventions at any other locations within the Purchaser area (Oxford).
