Contract for Adult Social Care Case Management System

The Council are seeking to procure a case management system that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of outcomes for Adults through improved data gathering and sharing, effective Case Management, data analysis and evaluation that requires minimum customisation by the Council. The system must be web-based and either hosted internally by the Council or a cloud solution using the suppliers infrastructure. The Council has no preference.
