The Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced architects in relation to entering into a form of appointment to provide architectural design and related services for a commercial and residential property development at Station Approach. The aim of the Development is to realise the area’s potential, both in relation to the city’s economy and its role as a gateway.
