Contract for Bevan Ward First Floor Extension

Bevan Ward is an Existing Modular building currently used as a day ward for oral surgery. The purpose of this project is to build a first floor modular extension to be used as an office space for 85 members of staff. The modular building must be compatible to our existing ground floor modular building and be structurally sound. The modular building extension must also satisfy the following minimum requirements: i.
