Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) (The "Authority") wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of Commercialisation of Northamptonshire County Council Assets. The Authority is seeking to secure an advertising/sponsorship provider to enable commercialisation of the Authority's assets. With a property portfolio of nearly 200 sites, and approx. 150 roundabouts across Northamptonshire this presents a sizeable opportunity.
