The scheme has 42 flats. • Lot 2 Brookside is an Extra Care scheme located in Ormskirk, West Lancashire. This is a large development with 111 self-contained apartments, including around 80 two bedroom apartments. Tenderer can apply for one or both Lots and can be successful in one or both Lots.
