The Council recognise the advantage of a one stop fix and all repairs permanent first visit. This contract is for the supply of a Pot hole repair material for use on the Highway and other public areas in Swansea. The material must be suitable for repair of pot holes, without cut out or compaction and for use in all weather. The manufacturer must be prepared to recommend their use in these circumstances.
