The facility/ies must demonstrate proven and robust processing capability and capacity to maximise the composting of materials to an end use product and to minimise any residual waste from the process. The Tenderer shall also be responsible for finding an end use for the product in designated markets/sectors, described in the waste resource framework and PAS100 in full compliance with all relevant legislation
