CONTRACT FOR: The Provision of Flexible Benefits for Staff

Notice of a contract let for an online employee benefit system for NS&I’s staff that has the flexibility to be tailored to the needs and requirements of NS&I. The service is to be accessed via an online platform that will provide an enrolment and administration process to current and future NS&I benefits including: o buying and selling annual leave, o Childcare vouchers, o Cycle to work scheme, o Employee assistance programme, o Eye care vouchers, o Interest-free season ticket loan; o subsidised gym membership, o Annual health checks with optional flue jab; o Access to two Civil Service pension schemes.
