Contract for the Provision of Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health Maintenance and Small Fabric Works to the Victoria and Albert Museum

The V&A wishes to procure Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health Maintenance and Small Fabric Works Facility Management Services across various sites within the V&A estate including its South Kensington grade 1 listed building. The contract includes PPM, reactive maintenance, minor remedial works, and annual condition surveys. A 24/7/365 Helpdesk and CAFM support is required. The initial contract term is five years, with the scope to extend any number of times up to a further two years.
