Contractor Frameworks for Responding to Dangerous Buildings - Demolition Contractor

Lancaster City Council recognises that a number of incidents occur day and night throughout the year. To enable the council to respond to such situations it is now seeking contractors to work with on a responsive basis Submissions are sought from suitably qualified and experienced Demolition contractors to register their interest and present completed schedules in order to establish contractor framework to be utilised in extreme cases were the Council may be called on to undertake demolitions to dangerous structures.
