Cornwall Council is seeking to appoint contractors to a Framework Agreement for Capital Construction - Minor Works. The term of this Agreement is intended to be for four years, commencing in March 2018 It will comprise one multi-supplier Lot of up to 6 contractors. This Lot will handle Capital Construction Contracts Minor Works - Employer's design (with or without Contractor design portions) - with an individual contract value equal to or less than £2m within the county of Cornwall and Plymouth; The works will consist of building and construction works including new build, extensions and refurbishments or other works of a similar nature.
