Crown Commercial Service (CCS), the authority, is replacing the existing Corporate Finance Services Framework (RM3719). The framework is a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of corporate finance services to be utilised by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, devolved administrations and charities.
