This procurement exercise is to be run pursuant to Regulations 74, 75 & 76 of Chapter 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015), and is for Social Care Services which are considered 'Light Touch Regime' services, as specified in Schedule 3 of the PCR2015. Accordingly, the Council is only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 'Particular Procurement Regimes - Section 7.
