COV - Shunde Place Walkthrough D&B

This contract is for the creation of a walkway in central Coventry on a design and build basis. The work is to remove part of the existing internal ground floor retail area adjacent to Corporation Street, Coventry, which is currently fully glazed, retaining the buildings over to create a covered walkway of approximately 200m2 through from Corporation Street linking to Smithford Way. The new floor which is over an existing basement is to be ramped up approximately 650mm and new finishes are required to floors, walls which will be mainly safety glazing to the retail areas either side and vandal proof ceiling.
