What the buyer wrote

Northumberland County Council has sought tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations to create a framework to support the provision of Alternative Education for children of statutory school age. Whilst it will aim to meet the needs of all children and young people requiring Alternative Education support there is an emphasis on students being provided with the opportunity to achieve academic accreditation, particularly in English and maths.
