A Concession to Access Duct Assets to deliver Telecommunications Services Additional information: Nottingham City Council is undertaking a programme of investment in strategic transport routes to encourage expansion of its key growth sectors. These include highway improvements but also the construction of two new tram lines which were completed in August 2015. At the same time the Council has also taken the opportunity to install telecoms ducting along these routes to take advantage of substantially lower installation costs, and to avoid future disruption.
