The Authorities are jointly re-commissioning a Healthwatch Nottingham and Nottinghamshire service to deliver its statutory duties under the Health and Social Care Act 2012. Legislation states that it must be a social enterprise organisation who delivers the Healthwatch function and therefore we are only able to accept bids from organisations who have this status.
