CQC assessment: working with councils to support staff and manager preparedness sessions and deliver subsequent feedback to the Senior Leadership Team as part of their improvement strategy

PCH are recruiting a pool of contractors to supplement our in-house team of CHIAs, and they will be appointed by us to a council depending on geography, expertise and availability. Scope the programme of support with the council and design the sessions based on the objectives, whilst tailoring it to the needs of the individual council e.g. how much work the management team have already done with staff, awareness of the process and self-assessment.
