Crawley Borough Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Marketing Agent Services for 31 new flats on a shared ownership basis at the Bridgefield House development. The apartment block is built over eight floors with 31 apartments from the fifth to the seventh floor being offered for Shared Ownership. There is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats. The appointed agent will be required to: a. Undertake all marketing necessary to secure the sale of the 31 identified apartments. b.
